| Cereal sets or cereal ware were produced in the 19020s and the
1930s. There were fifteen sets consisting of canisters, spice jars,
vinegar and oil cruets. Also included were salt boxes with under glazed
decal decoration. Plain sets in semi-porcelain and stoneware bodies were
manufactured in solid colors. |

In 1933 Hull Pottery offered No. 880 cereal sets in Yellow or green with the
only exception being the spice and allspice jars.
These sets came in sets of 13 pieces, 9 pieces, and 5 piece set.
Salt Boxes
Salt boxes were produced along with set patterns and also as individual pieces.
Each were produced with a wooden lid. There were round salt boxes and square
salt boxes
that accompanied the sets. Salt boxes that were round also were designed with a
